This interstice, gracefully upholding a wisp of cactus, a clump of stones, a girl, and a deep blue sky above them all, became the oases in which a cheerful journey is in play; a play of transition, perplexities, blunders, reveries, and the hard reality.
Katrin Froschauer (1992) and Valentin Backhaus (1990) studied media art in Salzburg. Pursuing documentary and conceptual art, the mainstream of their work revolved around photography and installation art. Living and working in Salzburg, they are members of FOTOHOF Gallery and art collective atelier.
